Project-Based Services
Website Development and Application Development
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost is required as an advance payment before work commences.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon submission and final approval of the project deliverables.
Photoshoot and Video Shoot Services
- Advance Payment: 60% of the total project cost is required as an advance payment to secure booking and initiate the work.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 40% is payable upon completion of the shoot and delivery of the finalized media.
Milestone-Based Projects
- Payments for milestone-based projects will be structured as per the agreed contract. Each milestone payment is required to be cleared before moving to the next phase of the project.
Monthly Subscription Services
Our monthly subscription services include the following offerings:
- Social Media Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Website Maintenance
- Technical Support
- Google PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management
- Digital Media Services
Payment Policy:
- Advance Payment: 100% of the monthly fee is required at the beginning of each service month.
- Grace Period: A maximum grace period of 15 days is allowed for outstanding payments.
- Service Suspension: If payment is not received within the grace period, services will be temporarily frozen until the outstanding dues are cleared. Resumption of services is subject to full payment of all pending amounts.
General Terms
- All payments must be made through the methods specified in your invoice.
- Taxes and applicable charges, if any, will be added to the total amount and must be paid along with the service fees.
- Delays in payment may lead to disruptions in service continuity and project timelines.
- Custom terms may apply for specific projects or services, which will be detailed in the contract or invoice.
